Hi there dear Zina. The double rooms do not have any special view. Only the Superior Suites have side sea view. Yet, you spend the whole day on the beach of sister hotel Enorme Teatro which is within 2 min. walk. Also restaurant and pool are there
We do not have a private beach but there is the beach (and the pool) of our sister hotel Enorme Teatro Beach, within 5 min. walk from the reception entrance. Sun beds and umbrellas are free but with a minimum consumption of snacks or drinks

Yes, there is extra cost, unless the guests have a minumum food and beverage consumption. Six for a set on the beach, fifteen for a set at the pool (adults of 16 years old), and thirty for a double gazebo
If you have paid for reservation, we give confirmation. You use the pool of sister hotel Enorme Teatro Beach but you must be at least 16 years old. With local charge or minumum food or beverage order. On the beach also local charge but for all ages

Yes, dear Aaron. You can take your key-cards from our sister hotel Enorme Teatro Beach, located within two minutes walk. There is a night guard to give keys for occasional night arrivals.
Good Day from Crete! we do offer a private transfer service from the airport of Heraklion to the hotel. The rate for 2025 was 30€ for one way (1–3 passengers). Please note that this amount may be subject to small changes for the following season.

Hello. Of course, late check-in between 23:00 and 24:00 is possible. Please note that reception operates until 22:00, after that, you will receive all necessary details for self-check-in.

Yes, of course, there are two places: one in front of the hotel for 5-6 cars and one on the side for 4 cars. In case these are full, you will always find a place at sister hotel Enorme Teatro, where you also have your breakfast during 08:00-12:00
Dear Guests, as the breakfast is not served that early, you can order a packed little breakfast to take in the room from the previous evening and store in the mini-fridge. Coffee machine is already in room for esspresso or instant. Need for pre-order
