light cleaning of room as we found ants feeding on dirty floor when checking in. Anne cleaned immediately and offered us a bottle of free wine safe not bolted to wall. Balcony doesn't get cleaned ...

What guests loved:
The location is 40 minutes from Heraklion, in the small town of Gazi. It’s quiet and peaceful here, with shops nearby and a bus stop close as well. The beach is clean.
Areas for improvement:
The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and has a great sense of humor. The DJ and the music by the pool are excellent. Breakfasts are varied and delicious.
